ANTI-PYREN FOR TIMBER, FABRIC AND POLYMER MATERIALS EFFICIENT, NON-TOXIC, NON-VOLATILE, ORGANIC/MINERAL, REACTIVE

Organic/mineral DIAFOS anti-pyren developed to improve efficiency of fireproof treatment of wooden structures, fabric as well as for fire protection of polymer materials. DIAFOS anti-pyren is ecologically pure low toxic material (IV hazard grade). Impregnated products and fabric processing and drying does not result in emanation of hazardous volatile substances. Treatment of wooden products with DIAFOS anti-pyren water solutions with additions provides 1^st category fireproof of timber, while mass loss following sample removal from the fire amounts from 1.5% to 3%. Impregnation of water absorbing fabric features up to 50 and higher increase of Oxygen index. DIAFOS anti-pyren is also proficient when incorporated into PVC compounds for law inflammable materials.

The unique feature of DIAFOS anti-pyren lies in its capacity to react with formaldehyde resulting in forming the reactive oligomers, as well as to enter into copolymerization with carbamide/formaldehyde resins generating polymer anti-pyren non-soluble in water. Such spec of DIAFOS anti-pyren provides to consider it as exclusively prospective product to manufacture water insoluble fireproof compounds for technical fabric and exterior wooden structures.

DIAFOS anti-pyren production process has one-stage performance and may be handled in type CH-200 or CH-400 vapor heated mixer. Marketable production form is white powder or DIAFOS anti-pyren water solution with 50% maximum concentration.

Nowadays wide implementation of DIAFOS anti-pyren is underway, to be used at production of fireproof non-toxic chip wood boards and plywood, as well as at production of TEROS-GRAN warmth-keeping backfill obtained by chips granulation.

Introduction of DIAFOS anti-pyren water solutions into VUPRIN protective/antiseptic compound provided to significantly improve the protective and anti-fungus effect of VUPRIN compound.

Due to his efficiency DIAFOS anti-pyren ensures the 1^st category fireproof of timber, transforming it into hardly flammable material.
